Reference is made to the SEC news No. 132/2561 dated 30 October 2018 regarding the accusations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) against a former executive of Group Lease Public Company Limited (the “Company”) for publishing or making statements that may cause a misunderstanding (the “News”) as detailed in the News. Therefore, the Company would like to clarify as follows:

1. The News is only about the former executive of the Company. The SEC has not accused the Company.
2. Such accusations of the SEC against the former executive of the Company has no impact on the business operation of the Company.
3. The Company is willing to cooperate with the SEC, DSI and any other relevant authorities and shall fully coordinate if requested.
